There are four main pavilion areas with picnic tables that are available for party use. Three of the areas are adjacent to each other and located close to the children’s play area. The other is located near the Bear exhibit. Please see the Facility Rental Pricing page for all areas and prices. You may come ½ hour before your party time to set-up and have ½ hour after the party to clean up the area.
The covered large pavilion rents for $60 for 2 hours and seats 60 people.
The covered small pavilion rents for $35 for 2 hours and seats 24 people.
The covered Bear pavilion rents for $35.00 for 2 hours and seats 20 people.
The un-covered patio pavilion rents for $25.00 for 2 hours and seats 24 people.
In addition to the rental fee, there is an admission fee for you and your guests. Because of your reservation, admission will be charged at group rates: $4.00 per adult and $2.00 per child 3-17 years of age. Children under 3 years are admitted free of charge.
Coupons or any other discounts cannot be used in combination with group rate prices.
Birthday boys & girls are free on their birthday with an ID or a copy of birth certificate.
Reservations need to be made 2-4 weeks in advance if possible; the non-refundable facility fee is due 2 weeks in advance. Admission fee and additional arrangement fees are paid on the day of your party. A guest list needs to be prepared for and handed to the gift store attendant on the day of your party.
You may bring food to the party. No barbeques or open flames are allowed.
Balloons are not allowed in the zoo. You may use a few for decorations in the allowed areas.
No piñatas are allowed, they are a safety hazard for the animals and other visitors.
All tape, staples, string, etc. must be cleaned up.
